I have a Blackview 5900, android 10, that AT&T said needed to be replaced when 3g shut off. I had to modify the APN which worked for a while, but then I had issues with MMS messages, and most recently no internet connection on phone data. I changed my APN to your recommended settings, but it would not save, so I started modifying one item at a time, and that worked with the exception of APN changed to “Phone”, MNC coundn’t be 410, left at 280 or it wouldn’t save. everything else was the same.
